What ticket and passes do I buy? Looks kinda confusing!

No problem! We can break this down easily for you 🙂

GENERAL ADMISSION – NON-REFUNDABLE- This IS a ticket to the event and every attendee must have one to enter the property.

CAR PARKING – NON-REFUNDABLE- This is NOT a ticket to the event. Each car or truck must purchase this parking pass for their 4-wheel vehicle to park on the property during the event. Make sure that you and all of your passengers have a GENERAL ADMISSION – NON-REFUNDABLE ticket to the event as these are not sold at the door.

CAR +TRAILER x TOY HAULER x RV PARKING (NO HOOKUPS) – NON-REFUNDABLE: This is NOT a ticket to the event. Towing anything, have a RV, toy hauler, trailer, renting one of the RVS on the property already? You need this pass as your towing set up, rig, or rented rig takes up considerable room on the property. Make sure that you and all of your passengers / trailer guests have a GENERAL ADMISSION – NON-REFUNDABLE ticket to the event as these are not sold at the door.

**There are no day passes or discount passes if you are not staying on the property. We have to pay for the space and amenities no matter if you stay there an hour or the full weekend**

Please email info@babesrideout.com if you have any questions. We do encourage you to ride your own moto to the event to save in costs but understand that is not always an option.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Bring everything you need to be comfortable camping under the stars! We will have a suggested packing list posting soon with tips and tricks on how to safely pack your moto.

Please do not bring: outside alcohol (this is a rule of the property) people who did not buy a ticket, boyfriends, husbands, animals, kids, signs/banners, eazy ups (sorry! it obstructs the natural beauty of the camp and it is far too windy), fireworks, items to vend, handouts like stickers, buttons, flyers as we end up spending hours picking up these items off the desert floor. Leave no trace 🙂 Our security will be on patrol so please be kind when they ask you to put these items away or ask your uninvited “friend” to leave. The last thing we want to do is be difficult but we want EVERYONE to have fun, not just you 🙂

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. We go off the pre printed guest list as printed tickets are not honored at the gate. Simply bring your ID.

What is the refund policy?

100% NO REFUNDS under no circumstance as this is a self-funded event.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

No. The name on the ticket MUST match your ID. You can buy a ticket for a friend but make sure the ticket is in their name or show up together so you can collect both and hand off to the other ticket(s) to your friend. No nicknames on tickets, we have 0 idea who “Full Throttle Frieda” is.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
